Being the only girl in her family, Candice has always been driven by a competitive spirit and a strong sense of independence. Qualities of which, propelled her to graduate Magna Cum Laude from Ga Southern University with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Despite being nominated as the teacher of the year within her first two years of teaching, Candice felt a calling for something more, something that would allow her to reach her full potential. With the birth of her son and the onset of a global pandemic serving as catalysts, Candice boldly decided to transition from teaching to real estate, a move that would reveal a new world of possibilities.

It was an intimidating move, but her faith, hustle, and competitive spirit would help her succeed.

Candice’s aunt, Faith Reid, with over 28 years of experience in real estate, took Candice under her wing and taught her all about the golden keys to real estate. Since becoming a full-time agent, Candice has been a Dekalb Board of Realtors' top producer for four years in a row. She also holds a spot in the top 10% of her brokerage and was honored with the silver award.

Candice truly loves educating people about real estate. It allows Candice to continue educating others and help her community take advantage of their right to own property.
