Faith is a 28-year veteran Realtor specializing in New Home Construction sales and marketing and team leader for the "Gold Key Home Team” at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Metro Brokers. Faith started her career in New Homes, worked as an on-site agent for years, and trained in Blueprint interpretation and Builder support services. Her expertise in new home sales and marketing allows her to be a sought-after listing agent, with her eye for details in preparing a resale home for the market, along with her ability to successfully manage contracts from start to finish, setting each transaction up for success.

She has won numerous awards for sales production and earned Communities Magazine’s top 100 Atlanta Realtors for several years. She is a Phoenix Lifetime member of the DeKalb REALTORS® Top Producers Club. Faith is a passionate advocate for the real estate industry and private property rights and invests in the Realtor PAC at the highest level. In 2018, Faith was inducted into the National Association of Realtors RPAC "Hall of Fame."

Faith is also a leader in the Real Estate Industry. She is a past president of the Dekalb Association of Realtors, past State president of the Women’s Council of Realtors Georgia, past Regional Vice President for the National Women’s Council of Realtors, and the Board of Directors for GAMLS. She currently serves on the Georgia Realtors Executive Board, is the GAR 2021-2021 Regional Director for Region 4, and serves on the Housing Opportunity Committee of the National Association of Realtors.

Faith has leveraged her leadership skills and brings her warmth, knowledge, and expertise to each transaction. She is a role model to her industry peers and has had the honor of being the recipient of the “Mary Nelson Realtor Spirit Award”, the DeKalb 2012 “Realtor of the Year” and the Women’s Council of Realtors Georgia’s “2016 Member of the Year” awards.
